Very well decorated rooms, magnificent location close to Arundel and Chichester, the Wiggle Mountain Bike tournament, and the south downs and the coast. Units on his pillow.

We had a fantastic stay at this delightful B&B. The owners were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in earlier than expected. The beds were comfortable and provided a peaceful night's sleep. As vegetarians, we were pleased to find a lovely breakfast spread that catered to our dietary needs. We also enjoyed chatting with other guests in the dining room. The location, despite being close to the A27, was surprisingly quiet and easy to access.
Felt well taken care of, no complaints.

We had a fantastic experience at this beautiful and well-planned 4-star hotel. The owners were delightful, friendly, and extremely helpful. The accommodation was luxurious, better than a superior room in a nearby well-known hotel. The room was spacious and had its own private entrance, allowing us to conveniently park right outside. The ensuite bathroom was immaculate and had everything we needed, including toiletries and a hairdryer. The hotel provides excellent amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a TV, and a kettle with a selection of teas and coffee. The breakfast options were delicious, and we loved the convenience of having it delivered to our door. The staff made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even preparing an early breakfast for us when we had to leave early for an event. The peaceful and beautiful garden added to the overall charm of this place.
This hotel is perfect for families and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location is convenient for those with their own cars, situated close to a busy main road but the garden and dogs are a peaceful escape. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with lovely modern en-suite bathrooms. the hosts are friendly and go above and beyond, providing helpful recommendations and even catering to special dietary requirements. Breakfast is delicious and locally sourced.
The noise from the nearby road can be heard in the garden, which may be a downside for those looking for absolute tranquility.

Great breakfast options with a variety of delicious food to choose from. The bed was very comfortable and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area attractions. The room was very clean and offered lovely views of the surrounding natural landscape.
The room was quite small and cramped which made it uncomfortable for two people to move around freely. , there seemed to be a lack of attention to detail in the room, with some furnishings appearing worn and in need of an update.
